    FAQ

What do I wear to my lesson?

Please wear comfortable clothing and socks.  Workout clothing is ideal.  You will be lying on your back on a massage table, fully clothed, so you should wear clothing that is loose and comfortable. No Sleeveless shirts, please.

Where is your office where the lesson will take place?

The lesson will take place in Walnut Creek, CA. Once we have spoken, and I have confirmed your lesson date/time, I will send you the exact address.

If I am a performer, should I bring material to work on?

Yes! Please do! And if possible, send me an email ahead of time with the material so I can prepare before you get there.

    How do you take payment?

Please pay via PayPal at: erinlenahart@gmail.com

    Venmo: @ERIN-Brunicardi

    Sorry…no credit cards, please.

I have an emergency and I am running late/ or will not make it my appointment. What should I do?

Call or text me at: 917-806-7929. Emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. Please communicate with me and let me know what is going on so we can try to work out a fair solution.

How long will it take me to see results?

The true answer is that every person is different. Most of my students feel a marked difference after the first 60-minute lesson. However, it takes a bit of time to truly change a habit. Various scientific studies recommend 12-24 lessons to truly have a lasting change. I would agree with the studies. I always suggest that you try out a first lesson. If it’s not for you, you will know by the end of that lesson. Most of my students choose to buy packages after a first lesson. Some of my students end up doing 15 sessions, and some end up fascinated by the technique and stay practicing with me for years. It will always be your choice. I am passionate about teaching you to problem-solve for yourself. I look forward to saying, “You’ve got it!.”

How Can I have my Lesson now that it cannot be in Person?

I have had great success working with my students via Zoom, FaceTime, GoogleDuo, or Skype.  We will set up your lesson time, as we would normally, and then you can work from the comfort of your home on improving posture, balance, and general well-being.
